Our sources are the highest quality for everything: artisanal cheese, heirloom fruits & vegetables, freshly made bread, products made from scratch by us, or a local vendor... and you can taste the difference!
Michelle Peranich combines 25 years of catering, event planning, restaurant management and design service to produce exceptional experiences. Working at high level media and entertainment companies as well as running her own business, Michelle has managed events from budget and staffing to menu and marketing for intimate dinners for 20 and corporate functions for 2000.
In 2016 she became the Lifestyle Editor for CVLUX, a luxury brand magazine writing articles based on her years of event and food styling experience.
“As a kid I remember while my friends were eating tomato soup and American cheese on Wonder Bread, I was being introduced to Croque Monseur and Vichyssoise prepared by the French chef across the street. I took that inspiration to work with me at Spago where I pioneered L.A. cuisine under Wolfgang Puck and after 15 years inspired me to launch a brand of my own.”
Michelle strongly believes in incorporating ecologically responsible techniques into her business practices. This stems in part by her awareness of the “good, clean and fair" philosophy of food, articulated by the Slow Food USA movement. These practices include active recycling of reusable items, shopping for and purchasing local produce from vendors practicing sustainable farming techniques and phasing out the use of endangered and threatened species in menus.
Michelle loves COOKING, gardening and hiking. She advocates for human rights, animals, and the environment, currently residing in Los Angeles with her three sons and puppy Nala.
